IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY: Please note the cut-off time is set at 02.00PM from Monday to Friday (excludes Weekends & Public Holidays) for Same Day Delivery (07.00PM to 09.00PM).

The payment needs to be made within 12 hours from the time of the confirmed order otherwise it will be deemed as cancelled.

Delivery Information

Please note that our deliveries are conducted during Weekdays between 09.00AM to 09.00PM and on Saturday between 09.00AM to 04.00PM. Please note that there will be no selection of the delivery slots/ timing. All processed orders will be allocated to the earliest available slots upon payment. Our Delivery Partner, Piggyback, provides doorsteps delivery and will inform prior to the delivery to your Singapore residential address. Please note that we do not deliver internationally at the moment and there will be an additional S$20 surcharge for deliveries to locations out of Singapore Mainland (Sentosa and Jurong Island) on top of the existing delivery charges (if applicable*). *There is a flat rate of S$15 delivery fee for Orders below S$150 and FREE DELIVERY for Orders above S$150. *There will be additional charges if you required a specific time delivery however it's not encouraged as we want to ensure route and fuel efficiency (this will promote green footprints) to our best ability.

Missed Delivery, Re-Delivery and Damaged Items

Please note that we want to ensure the best quality for all of our food items thus the items are handpicked from our office/ warehouse 30 minutes before the despatch. Thus, there will be a fee of $18 for re-delivery and it will be done to the convenience of our Delivery Partner, Piggyback on the next available slot. Please note that the Delivery Partner will wait maximum 5 minutes at the door. We will not be responsible for the quality of the items due to missed delivery/ re-delivery and reserve the rights to refuse any refunds/ exchanges to be made under this circumstance. For Damaged/ Defective item(s), please take a clear photo of the damaged/ defective item(s) and your order number# to hello@scentimental.sg within 12 hours from the time of the delivery confirmation. If the product is deemed damaged/ defective, we may replace it with the same item or another item of the same value. For cancellation after a missed delivery, please note that we will refund in the form of store credits minus a S$15 service fee.

Can I make amendments to my order/ delivery?

Please inform us at least 12 hours BEFORE your delivery slot if you wish to amend the delivery address/ date or your confirmed order. Please email the amendments together with your order number# to hello@scentimental.sg otherwise we will not be able to do amendments after the mentioned timeline.

There is a missing item from my confirmed order.

Please informed us on the day of the delivery with your order number# via hello@scentimental.sg if you found a missing item from your order. Please note that a refund will only be made if the item is not available at the time of delivery. Missing items will only be eligible for store credits refund on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credits

We do not entertain refund due to (1) Change of Mind - or you just do not like the item, (2) Difference in Packaging. All SALES and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All purchases from Scentimental Singapore will not be allowed for returns due to the hygiene and quality of the freshness.

Dispute Resolutions

All disputes will be handled at Scentimental's discretion and subject to a case-by-case basis. Please note that Scentimental Singapore reserved all rights to refuse a refund/ exchange/ credit due to unreasonable or insufficient proof of claim. Please note that by proceeding with an order made at Scentimental Singapore, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions stated here and within this site unconditionally.
